Challenges

Loison, loved worldwide and continuing to grow, recognized the need to upgrade its IT infrastructure to support the digitalization of production and management processes.

Security and data protection
With the increasing rise of cyber threats, Loison required enhanced protection for its sensitive production and operational data. Critical production systems needed to be properly segmented and equipped with proactive response mechanisms to handle potential threats effectively. Moreover, it became urgent to establish an isolated backup environment, separated from the production site, to protect backup data from being encrypted by ransomware attacks.

It includes a redundant network over dual data centers, high-speed cabling (10/25 GbE), VLAN segmentation with dedicated security policies, and automated air-gapped backups, ensuring multi-level data protection against evolving cyber threats, including ransomware.
